Share a beautiful home with homeowner and Golden Retriever in historic Pawtuxet Village, just south of PVD.
Tenant will have 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1 bathroom fully furnished, linens included.
The bedroom has a wardrobe, TV and small fridge..
Outside... the bedroom is another closet for coats and jackets.
Extra storage in basement.
Shared living space includes living room, dining room and kitchen, patio, garden and firepit.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes several ways to make a really good cup of coffee or tea!
Washer and dryer in basement may be used by tenant at no extra cost.
The home has AC for the summer months. Both the heat and the AC temps may be controlled by the tenant for their living space.
The price of the utilities is included in the rent.

Tenant would have use of half the garage - great for a small car but won't fit an SUV.
There is on-street parking for free with no permits required.
On snow days - best to park in the driveway because a snow plow does plow the street.

This home is situated 2 blocks from the #4 bus line which takes you to the Brown University Campus as well as other points in PVD.
It's a half-mile walk to quaint Pawtuxet Village, cafes, restaurants and shops. It's also a half mile walk to waterside parks, plenty of fresh air, kayak access, even a hidden beach.

The front office will be for the tenants use, and can also be used as a private living room.

Homeowner was an Airbnb Superhost on Cape Cod, and loves to cook for people.
Homeowner is an illlustrator and art teacher. There will be occasional classes held in the home during the day, and occasional dinners held in the evenings. The homeowner has lived in several different countries and can (roughly) speak/understand French, Dutch and German.
