Share beautiful 3-bedroom home 1 block from Brown University with 2 female Brown students.

Beautiful fully-furnished home two blocks to campus, on W. Cushing Street between Prospect and Brown Street. Looking for one very nice, female undergrad or young grad student to share house with two female Brown University students: a Senior and a... young Master's degree student. Looking for like-minded individuals who are clean, respectful (no dishes left in sink), extroverted and nice. We cannot have parties, but we can have small dinner gatherings. We want our home to feel like a nice community, and would like to find someone with a healthy work/life balance appreciation.

Our large and lovely home has a beautiful front porch with seating area, lovely backyard with seating, large living room with big TV, digital piano, large and beautiful dining room, 2 window A/C units, nice kitchen with Maytag dishwasher and fridge, Bosch gas burning stove, and in in-unit washer and dryer on the same level as the kitchen, and extra storage if needed.

Your room is 9'3" by 12.6" and is already furnished with a full-sized bed, bedframe, and headboard/footboard, and all the bedding (new sheets, new pillows, new comforter) and a closet. You can move the existing bed to storage if you have your own or use one of the twin beds in storage. You would share the bathroom with a female, and it has a shower/bathtub.

Lease through May 31, which may be able to be extended. No pets. Absolutely no smoking either inside or outside and no drugs. $950/month plus 1/3 utilities.
