Room close to campus

The room for rent is a room in a duplex house. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk (will update photos with desk soon.) The house has four rooms. There are three other tenants, all quiet and kind men. (One room is occupied by a... PhD student at Brown. The Third floor room is occupied by a quiet and friendly male with a science and art background and previous nonprofit service member who worked in a community service program. Another room is occupied by another Brown researcher.)

The three-floor house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, additional commode in the basement, a large living room, dining room, and a recently renovated kitchen. Utilities not included. No smoking of any kind and no pets. Utilities include gas, electricity and wifi split between the tenants.
The average utility cost per person is $120 a month. This will bring the total of the rent to approximately $820.
