Fully furnished house just a 7-minute walk from campus, flexible start date, this August. I have lived here for the past year and absolutely loved it, but I’ve graduated and unfortunately have to move out.
It’s a huge Fully furnished 4 to 5-bedroom... house with amazing natural light and ventilation. One of the rooms was originally a common living space that’s been converted into a bedroom, but it can easily be turned back into a shared living area if you’re looking for a 4-bedroom setup instead. The house has two full common bathrooms, in-unit free laundry, and every bedroom comes with its own heating and AC. All common areas (including the rooms) are fully furnished and also have AC and heating. The Kitchen also comes with all the kitchenware at your need (pots, pans, etc.).
The house has two floors, the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living area are downstairs. It features high ceilings, brand new hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances throughout. Rent is $4000-4400/month for the full 5-bedroom setup, and includes all utilities and WiFi. If you’d prefer a 4-bedroom with two living areas, the setup is flexible depending on what you need.
The location is perfect: a 7-minute walk to the university, close to Dunkin’, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Wayland Square, and a great street filled with restaurants and cafes like Pasta Beach and Café Madrid. There’s also a 92 bus stop right outside that takes you to all the important spots around the city.
The landlord is incredibly friendly and super responsive, we never had any issues. Genuinely a great person to rent from.
