Fully Furnished Summer Sublet (Available July 1-31) 1 Bedroom, 2 Offices, Backyard

Hello. We are teachers who will travel for the month of July. You can sublease the place within this range of dates. Contact us if your dates are a little bit off. We can be flexible.

It would be a perfect place to stay for visiting scholars or... graduate students (single, couple, or family). The monthly rental is $2,500 including all utilities.

The whole house is fully furnished. Out of three rooms upstairs, we use one as a bedroom with a queen bed and the other two as our offices with desk and chair. You can use the entire house including the living room with a couch and the kitchen/dining room with a table for four.

You should definitely sit out on our patio in the back. It has a table with two chairs along with a fire pit, garden, and bird feeders. It is quite relaxing to eat and watch birds and trees in nice weather.

There is a washer in the basement. We use drying racks in the house or the backyard to dry clothes afterward. If you prefer a different options, there are laundromats with drop-off services nearby.

The location is quite convenient. We often walk along the Woonasquatucket River walking path to Providence Place or RI State House. If you have a bike, you can store it in the basement and get downtown in 5 minutes. Driving to Brown University takes 10 minutes. It is also close to all the nearby highways and Amtrak train for trips to Boston and New York. We have a designated parking lot in the back of the house, which can fit two cars.
