East Side house share, M-F only, 1.25 mi from campus, on busline, free parking

NOTE: this rental is for weekdays only, Monday eve - Friday noon. This can occasionally be negotiable and I am open to creative solutions, but that's the basic guideline. Its perfect for commuters.

You will have a simply furnished bedroom on the...
ground floor of a single-family bungalow on the East Side of Providence in Hope Village, 1.25 miles to Brown, steps from Hope St busline. Full-sized bed, shelves, simple bureau, closet, fan. There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and you have use of the kitchen, also on ground floor.

I work at home on the second floor so need relative quiet during work hours. My 22 year old daughter also lives in the home, we have bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs, and there is a very friendly cat. Kind neighbors, quiet family neighborhood, and a library, shops, and restaurants within close walking distance.

This is a funky artist home and we are fairly unconventional people. I am a psychotherapist, musician, and psychedelic guide. I love to garden and dance, and have lived in communal living situations in several countries over the course of my life. This living situation would be ideal for a commuting student or professor who is community-minded and oriented towards communal-living. I react badly to fragrances and many commercial products and don't use these things in my home, so fragrance-free is important.
