This is a magnificent apartment on the first floor on a dead end street with a view of Narragansett Bay, with no noise or traffic. The neighbors are quiet and maintain this beautiful neighborhood. It is a highly desirable place to live. ... Approximately 3.5 miles to Brown University. It is one mile to the charming, historic Pawtuxet Village with shops, banks, restaurants, and where many services are located. The apartment is ready for occupancy immediately. This is a two bedroom, with one bathroom, and front porch . The stove is GAS and the refrigerator is 5 years old. There is a combination tub/shower in the bathroom. The apartment has been totally painted and professionally cleaned and ready to move in. I will again mention that it is a very quiet location with single tenants in the other apartments. Street parking is permissible, and during parking bans, the long driveway is used for the tenants to park off street. This is a tranquil setting with the sound of birds and the view of beautiful swans in Narragansett Bay at the end of our street.
