IA few things need to be noted/explained.

1) The apartment is nt in Blackstone, although you can reach it by driving though Blackstone. Unfortunately, I had to choose from a limited number of options given by the listing template and was not able to leave that blank. Blackstone was the closest to accurate, so I chose that.

2) Although this is legitimate a four bedroom, two of those are smaller than the others. The people renting the apartment with the same layout next door are a couple who use the two smaller bedrooms as individual offices. (It is worth noting that they moved into that apartment in December of 2019, which suggests a certain satisfaction with the owner. Other of his tenants have longer residencies.) Read More
