If interested read description below and please respond with a little about yourself!

My friend and I are looking for a third person to join a lease for a beautiful, sunny apartment near Hope St. area.

A little about us:

Anna - I’m an actor/singer/educator in my 30’s. I love a good balance of being social/friendly in the home and also tend to do my own thing most of the time. Good communicator, tidy, and like making simple yummy meals. Mostly pretty quiet but occasionally will sing, strum my ukulele, or film a self-tape audition. I love sharing a meal, seeing live theater & music, riding my bike, watching a good TV show, being outdoors, meditating, negronis, petting dogs, and calling my representatives.

Chris - I’m a friendly queer actor (pronouns they/he) that splits my time between Providence, Boston and NYC. I have an MFA from Brown / Trinity Rep which led me to Providence. You will likely only see me a few days a week at the apartment, I’m usually on the move or staying elsewhere due to work commitments. When I am home, I generally like to keep to myself in my room, but enjoy a nice chat or spontaneous hang outs here and there. I am also clean and quiet except when rehearsing or filming a self tape audition, but am happy to be flexible about when that happens! I love nice long walks, coffee shops, red wine, puppies, movies and bad reality tv (guilty pleasure).

Ideal Roommate:
Professional/Creative/Grad student. Friendly, good communicator, clean and respectful of the shared space. Ideally someone who’s down to compost with us!

First month rent & security deposit due upon lease signing.
