Beautiful Apartment in Wayland
The place has plenty of natural light, is in a great neighborhood near Wayland Square, and is on a quiet street. It's a three bedroom apartment but one of the current tenants (me!) is staying. I've already found one person who will move in, so I'm... looking for one more person to live with! The apartment has in-unit washer-dryer and dishwasher. The pictures attached are from a while ago when previous tenants lived here, so the apartment today looks a bit different.
Just so you know, it's an old building. So, utility costs vary considerably by season. In the summer months they're as low as $100 but in the winter can get as high as $450! Just something to be aware of. But overall the rent is still cheap given the apartment's size and location.
