Here are the details of the place and what I am looking for in a subletter tenant. Please reply with details about yourself if you think there is a match.

This is a two-bedroom condo with lovely light and wonderful views, and a balcony in the front that is like an extra room, just seven minutes walking distance to beautiful Wayland Square with all its cafes, yoga, bookstore, etc. and two minutes walking distance to Blackstone Boulevard. You can also easily walk to Blackstone Park to be in the woods. Of course the place is a quick walk or drive to Brown University as well.

I live here as a single person, and use the second bedroom as an office, so the place is set up beautifully for someone working at home. It can also work well for a couple or two individuals. The second bedroom can be used as a second bedroom.

It's a wonderful space - my mother calls it a little "palace." I like to think of the place as a jewelbox. Lots of different colors and light. Everything is fully furnished with care. There is a television with Netflix, etc. The only real downside is that the washer-dryer is in the basement.

A parking space is included.

Utilities will be paid for by the sublettor. These are around $200 total for wifi, heat, gas, electricity, water.

I'm a writer, this place is ideal for any academic-type person. Lots of books for you to read!
