Stay in my beautiful East Side condo at the corner of Pitman and Ives! I moved to Providence as as student in 2009 and lived here for over 10 years - now I work in Mass but continue to rent out my condo to groups of students to enjoy just as I did... when I was in school.

The unit is 3 bedrooms and is best for 3 people. One shared bathroom with a spacious and very BRIGHT kitchen, dining room and living room. The 92 bus stops directly outside the building, and it's only a 3 block walk to campus (Barus and Holley). Laundry is included in the basement. 2 off-street parking spaces are included. Balcony off one of the bedrooms.

The apartment comes fully furnished, with a bed, dresser and desk in each bedroom. The living room has a couch and a large TV. The dining room has a dining room table with chairs. The kitchen has an island with stools, as well as basic plates/cups/cutlery. There is a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and garbage disposal.

The unit is available starting June 1st. Looking for year-long tenants, though can discuss just a summer rental. Thanks for looking!
