Spacious 3bed2bath apartment close to campus

Hi everyone!

I am a graduate student at Brown seeking housemates to join my lease for an August 1st lease renewal. I live in a spacious, third-floor 3bed2bath apartment in Wayland square, about 15 minutes walking from Brown's campus. My current...
housemates are moving out as they are matriculating into PhD programs elsewhere. This lease would run between August 2025 - July 2026.

The total rent for the unit is $3050 with all utilities (heat, water, electricity, wifi) included.
One of the rooms in our house is bigger and has its own ensuite bathroom. The rent for that bedroom is $1300. The other bedroom is $875, and the person in that room would share a bathroom with me.

Some info about the apartment:

Furnished rooms
In-unit washer and dryer
Dishwasher and garbage disposal
Window AC units
Hardwood floors
Plenty of storage space
Off-street parking space behind the house
Few minutes walking distance from bus stops on Angell, Ives, and Waterman
Walking distance from Whole Foods (10 min away), CVS (4 min away), and Trader Joes (30 min away!)

Just a little bit about me: I'm in my mid-20s, and I like long walks, reading, bird-watching, board games, and have been wanting to get more into crafting. I'm a history student, currently researching histories of marriage and dowries in South Asia, alongside histories of women's resistance movements.

I'm looking for housemates who would prioritize cleanliness in communal spaces and overall be friendly, respectful, and communicative. I would prefer to live with other women.

If you are interested in either room, please feel free to send a message! I'm happy to chat more, send more pictures, do a virtual tour, and answer any questions about the place!
