A rear-stairwell takes you to a fenced-in backyard.

Third floor: Large open plan layout with cathedral ceiling over the living, dining, and kitchen areas where you can prepare your own meals and feel right at home. This floor includes an additional deck off the living room where you can enjoy outdoor dining while watching the sun set. Beyond the kitchen area, you'll find a guest bedroom with two twin beds that has a private work space with a full bathroom across the hall.

Fourth floor: Additional sunny mezzanine floor with a cozy nook for reading, kids play area and more work space featuring a glass balcony over-looking the living area below.
