There is a church diagonally across the street, a bank next door, and it's located between Adler's Hardware Store and the famous Coffee Exchange Cafe. The room is furnished with a full size mattress bed, working desk, TV, bureau, and has a closet. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and has all the basic cooking utensils. There's a washer and dryer located in the basement to use free of charge and a common fitness/workout areas.
